TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The Perseo folding door by IRIDIUM DOORS offers incomparable versatility and adaptability. The IRIDIUM DOORS folding door model IRIPAK PERSEO can be composed of a variable number of leaves and folding of your choice to meet the needs of any type of space, even large ones. It can be inserted without or with a floor tracks. Our technicians will be able to advise on the solution that guarantees optimal sliding and perfect functionality of the door. The Perseo folding door frame consists of two vertical steel pillars, sandblasted and powder-coated. The top guide is galvanised and is 3 mm thick.
Insulated door leaves with a total thickness of 52 mm, galvanised tubular inner perimeter frame 50x50x2 mm, coated on both faces with galvanised steel sheet, that have undergone a Sendzimir process and subsequent primer treatment. Large, two-wing, aluminium, powder-coated hinges with double thrust bearing and 20 mm diameter pin. Upper carriages made of steel, sandblasted and galvanised, with three wheels mounted on bearings. Anti-ageing EPDM gaskets and nylon upper and lower sealing brushes, with adjustable aluminium profile. PVC floor strips and internal two-point lever bolts.
Folding doors can become an icon of style: go for glazed panels! Various types of glazing are available for the infill. This solution retains the same structural characteristics of functionality and robustness as a folding door, while offering the advantage of a unique and striking design.

Perseo is the only folding door in the IRIDIUM DOORS range that can be motorised. Motorisation differs according to the number of leaves that make up the folding door.
Motorisation for 1-leaf folding door: the motor is mounted on the opening side of the door leaf while the bracket is mounted on the wall
Motorisation for 2-leaf folding door: the motor is mounted on the second leaf on the opening side while the bracket is mounted on the first leaf
Motorisation for 4-leaf folding door: the motor is mounted on the first and fourth leaf, the bracket on the second and third leaf. When the door is open, the motors remain outside the leaf pack.
