This intervention helped optimise logistics flows and improve the reliability and durability of rail maintenance operations.
IRIDIUM DOORS has successfully completed a bespoke project for a leading high-speed train maintenance company. The installation of a 10-metre wide and 6-metre high PERSEO folding door optimises the access to the maintenance areas, ensuring a smooth and safe performance. IRIDIUM DOORS designed and installed ANDROMEDA industrial doors for the Ettore Fico Museum in Turin, an example of redevelopment of a former industrial complex into a modern exhibition space. The custom-made doors combine functionality and aesthetic harmony with the architecture, providing a safe and practical access for large artworks while respecting the museum's elegant design.
IRIDIUM DOORS designed and installed four DIADEMA high-speed Fold-Up Packing Doors for the Careggi Hospital in Florence, one of Italy's leading healthcare centres. These doors were developed to provide fast and secure access for ambulances and emergency vehicles, while at the same time ensuring protection from atmospheric agents and privacy of the internal environment. Thanks to an advanced automation system, control buttons and a system of counterweights, these doors offer optimal performance even in case of power failure, always guaranteeing the access in emergency situations.
We realised the automated mobile roofing of the world's first experimental nuclear fusion power plant, for the I.T.E.R. (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) Project of exceptional dimensions: 1200 m surface area, 5 m height for a 20 m span.

The Torino Football Club decided to develop a new system for ensuring privacy during the training sessions.
IRIDIUM DOORS has fulfilled this request by deploying all its technical and production skills. We replaced the old, wind-worn infills with a new blind system. The new ‘sails’ of the Filadelfia Stadium made with screens produced by Rasero Tende are part of a progressive and complete closing system.
The request made by the Bologna airport was to install a closing system that could guarantee the access to the gate for people/vehicles even in emergency situations.
We produced a high-speed Fold-Up Packing Door with a self-supporting galvanised metal structure. The self-extinguishing fabric covering was fitted with 3 sets of transparent PVC portholes in addition to the client's logo.
The key feature of this product is the combination of the counterweights inside the pillars and the motor/reducer unit. In fact, the door is specifically designed to allow, in the event of a power failure, the automatic release of the motor brake and the consequent activation of the counterweights that automatically raise the curtain.
