TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The frame of the Andromeda hinged door consists of two uprights and an upper crossbar measuring 40 mm. They are made of steel, sandblasted and powder-coated. The under-crossbar profile is L-shaped, in order to facilitate the housing of the jamb. The hinges are two-winged, in aluminium, powder-coated with double thrust bearing and 20 mm diameter pin. The gaskets are made of age-resistant EPDM, the lower sealing brushes are made of nylon, with an adjustable aluminium profile.
The Andromeda hinged door is manufactured with insulated leaves with an overall thickness of 52 mm, a 50x50x2 mm galvanised tubular inner perimeter frame, covered on both faces with galvanised steel sheet, treated with Sendzimir process followed by a primer treatment.
The paint finish of the Andromeda interior/exterior hinged door can be chosen from the following standard RAL-like colours:
The Andromeda hinged door is supplied with a standard door lock, on the internal side only, fitted with a special lever bolt (1 lever bolt per leaf). In the case of a two-leaf door, an internal/external handle with lock can be supplied upon request, with no additional charge, replacing one of the two internal lever bolts.
NOTE: FOR DOORS HAVING A PASSING HEIGHT UP TO H. 3000 mm, WE INVERT THE POSITIONING OF THE LEVER BOLT WITH THE POSITIONING OF THE HANDLE.
